Editorial & Publishing
First: Journal Rights
The journal and the editorial board retain the following rights and authorities:
1- Initial Screening
The editorial board has the right to conduct an initial screening of the submitted manuscript to assess its alignment with the journal’s scope and scientific standards, and to decide whether to send it for peer review.
2- Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief has the right to make the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the manuscript based on reviewers’ reports, with notifying the author of the review outcome within a maximum period of 60 days.
3- Appeals Management
The author may submit a justified appeal against the editorial decision, and the journal is committed to reviewing and responding to the appeal in accordance with clear and fair procedures.
4- Revisions
If revisions are requested, the author is granted a period not exceeding (21) days to complete the required revisions. Failure to comply within the specified period renders the manuscript null and void.
5- Publication Scheduling
The publication of manuscripts is subject to a schedule based on the date of final acceptance, while the order of papers within an issue is determined by scientific and technical considerations related to thematic coherence.
6- Duplicate Submission Policy
A manuscript may not be submitted for publication to more than one venue at the same time, nor may it be republished after acceptance except in accordance with copyright and licensing policies of the journal.
7- Republishing and Archiving
The journal has the right to archive published papers and make them available through electronic platforms and scientific databases, including digital repositories, ensuring their dissemination and accessibility. 8- Usage Rights
All materials published in the journal are subject to the license:
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Under this license, others are permitted to copy and distribute the work provided that:
- Proper attribution is given to the author and source.
- The work is not used for commercial purposes.
- No modifications or derivatives are made to the published work.
9- Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain the copyright to their published works, while granting the journal the right of first publication.
- The works are published under the license
Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0),
which allows others to copy and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given and no modifications are made.
- The published journal version is considered the official version of record for citation and referencing purposes.

10- Editing and Formatting
The editorial board has the right to make necessary formal and linguistic edits without affecting the scientific content of the manuscript.
11- Preservation of Materials
The journal is not obligated to return submitted manuscripts whether they are published or not.
Second: Authors’ Rights
Authors are entitled to the following rights:
1- Acknowledgment of Receipt
The author is notified of the receipt of the manuscript via the journal’s electronic system and/or email, and is provided with a tracking number.
2- Transparency in Procedures
The author is informed of the outcome of the initial screening and the decision to send the manuscript for peer review.
3- Review Results
The author is provided with the editorial decision based on reviewers’ reports (acceptance, conditional acceptance, or rejection) within a period not exceeding 30 days, along with relevant comments to improve the manuscript where applicable.
4- Acceptance Letter
The author has the right to receive an official letter of acceptance after fulfilling all publication requirements and final approval.
5- Access to Published Work
The author has the right to access the electronic version of the published work on the journal’s website, and may be provided with a copy of the issue in which the work is published (electronic or print if available).
6- Right to Appeal
The author has the right to submit a justified appeal against the editorial decision, which will be considered in accordance with the journal’s policies and procedures.
7- Protection of Moral Rights
The author retains moral and intellectual rights to the published work, with acknowledgment that the first publication occurred in this journal, in accordance with the licensing policy.
8- Withdrawal of Manuscript (Before Review)
The author has the right to request withdrawal of the manuscript before the peer review process begins, in accordance with the journal’s procedures.
9- Right to Correction
The author has the right to request correction of any significant error in the published work, in accordance with the journal’s correction policy.
Third: Authors’ Responsibilities
The author is committed to the following:
1- Compliance with Author Guidelines
Full compliance with the journal’s author guidelines and manuscript preparation requirements.
2- Academic Integrity
Adherence to principles of academic integrity, respect for intellectual property rights, and avoidance of all forms of plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification.
3- Originality
Submission of an original manuscript that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
4- Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest, as well as all sources of funding or support related to the research.
5- Accuracy of Data
Ensuring the accuracy and validity of all data and information presented, and taking full responsibility for the scientific content.
6- Authorship Responsibility
Obtaining consent from all co-authors, listing them appropriately according to their actual contributions, and avoiding any form of honorary or ghost authorship.
7- Response to Peer Review
Cooperation with the editorial board and reviewers, responding to comments, and making required revisions within the specified time.
8- Disclosure of AI Use
Disclosure of any use of artificial intelligence tools in preparing the manuscript, specifying the nature of such use, with full responsibility for the final content.
9- Compliance with Research Ethics
Obtaining necessary ethical approvals (if applicable), especially for studies involving human participants or sensitive data, and complying with relevant legal standards.
10- Reporting Errors
Promptly notifying the editorial board of any significant error discovered in the manuscript before or after publication, and cooperating in its correction or retraction if necessary.
Fourth: Reviewers’ Responsibilities
Reviewers are committed to the following standards:
1- Peer Review System
All manuscripts are subject to peer review by qualified reviewers. In case of disagreement between reviewers, the manuscript is referred to a third reviewer, and the final decision is based on the overall reports.
2- Acceptance of Review Assignment
Reviewers may accept or decline review requests. If accepted, they must respond within a period not exceeding (3) days.
3- Review Timeline
Reviewers are required to submit their reports within a period not exceeding (15) days from receipt of the manuscript, unless an acceptable excuse is provided.
4- Integrity and Objectivity
Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts with integrity and objectivity, based solely on scientific merit without personal or institutional bias.
5- Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and decline the review if such conflicts exist.
6- Scope of Expertise
Reviewers should decline to review manuscripts outside their area of expertise.
7- Confidentiality
All manuscripts are confidential documents, and reviewers must not disclose or discuss them without prior permission from the Editor-in-Chief.
8- Non-use of Information
Reviewers must not use any unpublished information, data, or ideas for personal or academic gain before publication.
9- Review Report
Reviewers must provide clear and detailed reports with objective comments on the manuscript’s content, methodology, and originality, according to the journal’s review form.
10- Reporting Plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected, reviewers must identify the relevant sections and provide supporting evidence.
11- References
Reviewers should indicate relevant studies or sources that have not been cited where appropriate.
12- Clarity of Comments
Reviewers’ comments must be professional, constructive, and clear, and free from inappropriate or personal language.
Fifth: Editors’ Responsibilities
The editorial board is committed to the following standards:
1- Quality of Scientific Publishing
Ensuring the quality of submitted manuscripts through rigorous initial evaluation and assignment to qualified reviewers.
2- Selection of Reviewers
Ensuring geographic and institutional diversity in selecting reviewers to maintain independence and reduce bias.
3- Conflict of Interest
Verifying disclosure of potential conflicts of interest and avoiding assigning reviewers where conflicts exist.
4- Fairness and Non-Discrimination
Handling all manuscripts fairly and without discrimination based on gender, nationality, institutional affiliation, or other non-scientific factors.
5- Process Management
Managing the review and publication process within reasonable timeframes, with the possibility of granting extensions when justified.
6- Confidentiality
Maintaining confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and related information.
7- Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief holds final responsibility for acceptance or rejection decisions based on reviewers’ reports and journal standards.
8- Communication of Decisions
Informing authors of editorial decisions and providing relevant feedback when applicable.
9- Handling Misconduct
Taking appropriate actions in accordance with the journal’s policies detailed in the Publication Misconduct Policy page.
10- Complaints and Appeals
Considering authors’ complaints and appeals and handling them fairly and transparently.
11- Editorial Independence
Making editorial decisions independently from financial, institutional, or personal influences, ensuring full scientific integrity.
12- Corrections and Retractions
Maintaining specific policies for corrections and retractions, with details available on the Retraction and Correction Policy page.
