Justice aims to clarify the existing co-operation between many countries directly
within the framework of the international community, and this is also done through
international bodies of various kinds whether global or regional or political
or technical, according to many articles that have achieved the principle of cooperation as a legal basis for international organization at the present time. The
study also tackles the issue of reducing crimes and how to punish those who
commit these crimes. This is the main goal whether for international courts or
for the internal courts. The study also attempts to reveal the common principles
between the international court and the courts through the foundations relating to
the accused, the foundations related to the crime and the principles relating to the
punishment.
