Abstract

     The importance of the research shows the nature of the military occupation in the rules and provisions of public international law. It is considered the most important and most dangerous stage of the war. The concept of occupation and the historical stages it passed through are clarified within the framework of international relations. Clarifying the legal nature of the occupation, and distinguishing it from other suspected case . This requires defining the occupation and its distinguishing elements, and the functions entrusted to the occupying forces.
