The role of the will in excluding the relevant law within the framework of the attributive approach

The research aims to explain the role played by the will in excluding the relevant law and its means in that disposable rights as a corrective (external) means of the base of attribution with an exclusionary nature used by the will of the parties after agreeing to define the relevant law, as on the other hand highlights the impact of the will on the nature of the base of attribution Itself through the extent to which foreign law acquires the compulsory or optional character, and this undoubtedly casts a mislead on the issue of the possibility of excluding the will of the obligatory base of attribution.
