This research sheds light on an important topic that has been talked about for a long time, which is the extent to which the American forces bear the tortuous responsibility for the personal actions of their members, and the Consequences thereof , in order to reach an answer to this problem, it is necessary and clarify the pillars of this act, addition to the legal Controls that govern it, Since these controls are the decisive factor in rentwing the default or not, and in fiew of the great damage that affected the Iraq citizen as a result of the behavior of these forces, it was necessary for us to studythis subject, andto seek theassistance of thelegal texts and provisions that determine thisresponsibility for us, whether it was in Iraqi civil Code, The penal code, thecompensation law in force, or other relevant laws.
