Legal adaptation of the right to be forgotten(a comparative study)

Human being has a set of rights cannot live without them. One of these rights which necessary for his life is right of a person to forget his past with all the details related to his private life in order to facilitate smooth integration into society. In order for a person to feel calm and safe, it is necessary to recognize the right to keep personal information, emotional relationships, and family ties are hidden behind the curtain of oblivion, and it is not permissible to disclose such data without the person’s permission.
This research aims to explain the basis for the emergence of the right to be forgotten, and to determine its legal nature, to stipulate it as a right independent of the right to privacy.
