The division of benefits and its role in managing common money in civil law «A comparative study»

We would like to note that the great development we have witnessed in the field of electronic work is what contributed to the creation of electronic payment methods and the emergence of the idea of exchanging value through an electronic intermediary, which represents Bit coin as a solution to this problem by making direct financial financing fast and transparent and we can easily track it, which gained the non-cash status of commercial transactions acceptance and paved the way for securing this digital currency and its presence. From here, we decided to study Bit coin and explain its mechanism of operation and look forward to defining it by international organizations and central banks and explaining the position of legislation on it and the jurisprudential and economic opinions on adapting it and determining its legal nature to ultimately reach a possible way to regulate currencies in light of the methods followed by comparative legislation….
