Addressing a social problem and serving the community (The problem of drug abuse)

Social problems vary as a result of the shortcomings of some laws and the difference of opinions and cultures, and then the emergence of modern problems that have not been addressed by the existing Iraqi laws, which have gradually spread in the society, causing social and economic damage. One of these problems is drug abuse, and this problem emerges in light of the existence of some international conventions, including the Geneva Convention of 1930, to which Iraq acceded, which gave people the right to acquire a subsequent nationality.
