Abstract

The ideas of multiculturalism and diversity management have been essential tools that provide solutions to the problems that have become present within heterogeneous societies, so we will show the most prominent things that the book includes in this regard. Methodology for reading the book: The analytical method was followed to read this book to explain the rationales contained in it. Purpose of reading the book: The purpose of reading this book is to shed light on the most prominent information contained in the book regarding multiculturalism and diversity management, and to show the possibility of benefiting from it in the Arab world. Structure: This reading is divided into three axes, the first discusses the problem of the nation-state in light of cultural diversity, the second examines multiculturalism, while the third illustrates the project (Kimlaka) to build a multicultural state.
