Dr. Rusul ِAbdulsatar Abduljabbar
Dr. Rusul ِAbdulsatar Abduljabbar is an Associate Professor of Private Law, specializing in Commercial Law, at the College of Law and Political Science, Al-Iraqia University, Iraq. She possesses a distinguished academic career, having served as the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Law and Political Science. Dr. Abduljabbar teaches and supervises courses in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Enforcement Law for undergraduate programs, alongside leading advanced research seminars and Commercial Law courses for postgraduate students (Master's and Ph.D. programs). Her research portfolio includes several peer-reviewed legal papers focusing on contemporary business issues, such as Electronic Commercial Ledgers as Admissible Evidence, Banking Bankruptcy, and The Impact of Arbitration Decisions on Commercial Disputes. She is an active member of the editorial board of the Journal of the College of Law and Political Science, a certified peer reviewer for academic journals and theses, and a frequent contributor to international and national scientific conferences and legal workshops.
