Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Hardan Mutar

Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Hardan Matar is a Professor of Political Science, specializing in International Studies. He achieved the academic rank of Full Professor in 2021, following his promotion to Associate Professor in 2016. He completed his academic journey by earning his Ph.D. in 2013, after obtaining his Master’s degree in 2004 and his Bachelor’s degree in 1994. Prof. Allawi has an extensive research record with 24 published papers (16 independent and 8 co-authored) and has authored 4 scholarly books (2 independent and 2 co-authored). He possesses rich teaching experience in international organization and diplomacy, having taught courses such as "The Intermediate in International Organization", "Diplomacy", "International Problems", and "Introduction to Political Science".
