Prof. Dr. Lotfi Hamzi

Prof. Dr. Lotfi HAMZI is a Professor of International Law and International Relations at NEOMA Business School (France). He possesses a distinguished multi-disciplinary academic background, holding a Counselor Certification (CAPA) from the Tunisian Counsel School of Law, a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (2006) with a dissertation focusing on "The UN and the Gulf Wars", and an MBA from NEOMA Business School (2012). Prof. Hamzi has extensive international teaching experience across prominent institutions in France, China (UIBE, Beijing), the UAE (IMT, Dubai), Lebanon (ESA, Beirut), and Tunisia (ESSEC). He has published extensively in top-tier peer-reviewed international journals, including the Journal of Business Ethics, Annals of Operations Research, and Business Process Management Journal, alongside authoring several books and book chapters published by leading global publishers such as Pearson Education and Routledge. His core research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of international business law, new technologies and privacy law, international disputes and arbitration, and geopolitics for managers. Prof. Hamzi is trilingual, with native fluency in Arabic and French, and professional competence in English.
