This Journal is a printed and electronic scientific publication issued by the College of Law and Political Science at Aliraqia University. It focuses on publishing researches in the field of law and political science. The Journal was established based on the instructions and approvals issued by Aliraqia University, and published its pilot issue at the beginning of 2016. Copies of this issue were deposited in the Library and Documentation House in Baghdad under the number 2160 for the year 2016. Subsequently, the Journal obtained the international ISSN numbers Online 4088-2664 in 2019 and Print 3078-6835 in 2024. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research granted the Journal the status of scientific arbitration in accordance with Order No. 4/10667 for the year 2019. All research published in the journal follows the scientific referencing system to ensure compliance with the standards of scientific authenticity and originality. Moreover, each research article undergoes a scientific review by experts who possess significant expertise and scientific standing, aligning with the criteria used in academic promotion committees. The Journal is published quarterly, with a total of four issues released each year.
