Abstract

Imam Al-Qurtubi paid prominent attention to the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the verses, using hadiths, and detailing the sayings of scholars on many issues, giving preference to what he considered correct from these sayings. Al-Qurtubi’s interpretation was not devoid of discussion of matters of faith, refuting misguided sects, and misconceptions. In addition to rules on the principles of jurisprudence, hadith science, abrogation and abrogation.
So I wanted to collect some of the jurisprudential rulings in the chapter on transactions that relate to the rulings on sales as the subject of this research of mine, which I called: (The rulings on jurisprudential sales in “Al-Jami` li Ahkam al-Qur’an.”By Imam Al-Qurtubi)
