Disciplinary offense and investigation procedures.

Abstract

The study deals with the concept of disciplinary crime, attempts to
define it, its official statement, and the competent authority to impose
disciplinary punishment. It also discusses the procedures and formalities
required to investigate an employee who violates the duties of his job
and to indicate the legal and judicial means available to challenge the
decisions of imposing disciplinary sanctions and to clarify the jurisdiction
of the competent court when considering appeals against him.
