The Basis of the state’s Civil responsibility nuclear radioactive pollution lights. - A Comparative Study

Abstract

That nuclear energy, once it reveals its ugly face, its damage knows no borders between States. Nuclear accidents may occur in one State and produce their effects in another neighboring State and their effects may extend beyond the boundaries of the leaders they cover. International responsibility raises several issues relating to its concept and its relationship to the principle of sovereignty and the legal basis on which it is built, where the subject of this study will be based on the consideration of civil responsibility for the damage of nuclear radioactive contamination because of the differences this issue points to between Jurisprudence makes it difficult to reach a specific basis for it.
