أهميته ودوره في ضبط السوق والنشاط الاقتصادي

تطوير نظام قانوني ينظم وينشط كافة جوانب الممارسة الاقتصادية ويحمي الفاعلين الاقتصاديين من إساءة استخدام السلطة أو محاولات الانحراف عن العمليات الطبيعية، مثل حماية حقوق الملكية، احترام العقود والمواثيق، قانون المنافسة، تحديد الأسعار حسب السوق إن آليات (العرض والطلب)، التي تحمي المنتجين والمستهلكين، كانت ولا تزال حجر الزاوية.
وبالنظر إلى أداء السوق وفعاليته من منظور اقتصاد السوق، والذي يعتبر أحد أولويات البلاد، سيعمل الدببة كمنظمين للسوق بعد الانسحاب من النشاط الاقتصادي.
ولذلك نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التأكيد على أهمية ودور القانون في السيطرة على الأسواق والأنشطة الاقتصادية والتأكيد على اتجاه الفكر المؤسسي نحو فعالية السوق.
