The research discusses the idea of «constitutional identity», within the framework of States with multiple demographics, and States belonging to supranational and national continental and regional unions, in an attempt to find a comprehensive constitutional identity, in the face of the intensity of international and non-international conflicts. And in an attempt to solve the problem of tensions, conflicts and contradictions of the identity crisis. Especially in Iraq, which consists of an irrational plurality of demographics, the sub-identities did not rise to a single constitutional national identity.
