The seller's guarantee of hidden defects is a guarantee independent of the seller's other obligations and divides the warranty into two parts, the first, the spending guarantee and the second the legal guarantee. I mean the legal guarantee: the seller's responsibility for any defect that appears in the sale at the time of thecontract and after delivery, and in order to achieve the guarantee, certain conditions must be available that appear in the sale so that the buyer can refer to the seller with collateral, and the law obliges the buyer to examine the sale after receipt, and then the seller's risks of any defect appearing in it, and the law provides multiple options if there is a defect in the sale, These options differ in recent positive legislation.
