by the rules of justice and human rights. This is done through professional legislative
drafting that aims to reach highly developed legislation that is very clear and does

of civil legislative texts is one of the most important issues of legal drafting that has
not been adequately researched, in addition to the contradiction this leads to in the
legal provisions, which the legislator must avoid in advance by following a legal
formulation based on observance of legal art and legislative expression .
