The religious dimension in the foreign policy of the Vatican is considered an
effective variable that affects many countries and other non-state actors, and given
that the Pope is the spiritual father of all Catholic Christians in the world, so he
enjoys a great spiritual status among his followers, as well as the respect that
all countries and peoples have for him and representatives of other monotheistic
religions.
Thus, the diplomacy of the Holy See is an equation present in all stages and
turning points of European and international politics, but what changes is the role
and its extent from one stage to another, as well as the main title of this role, and
there is no doubt that the pivotal role of the Holy See is among the most important
